A venture firm on Robinhood Chain

Every trade funds a founder. Every launch comes back.

Creator fees from the $QRM token are the entire capital base, and the largest holders form the board that approves every deal. We launch and manage the founder's token, then twenty percent of its supply is distributed to the twenty-five largest holders.

The Quorum difference

The fund pays its holders, not its partners.

A traditional venture firm raises from limited partners, charges two percent a year, and returns capital in ten. Quorum raises nothing and charges nothing. The $QRM token earns a creator fee on every trade, and that fee is the entire capital base.

When a portfolio company launches its token, twenty percent of the supply comes to the treasury and is distributed across the twenty-five largest holders, weighted towards the ten largest. The people who capitalised the fund are the people who get paid by it, and there is no ten-year wait.

Two ways in

Back something, or ask to be backed.

Every request is public the moment it is sent, so you can read what is being asked for before anyone has decided. Members back companies, vote, and publish a thesis. Founders open a request in four steps.
